Capacity magazine’s second annual wholesale telecommunications conference, Capacity Balkans 2007 will take place on the 23 & 24 April in Bucharest. The conference will provide information on the latest developments in the Balkans wholesale telecoms markets including Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Greece and Turkey. The conference will bring together a senior level audience from carriers and service providers across the region, along with international providers.
