The Connor Consultancy, a leading business grounded HR consultancy, is celebrating the launch of its latest HR service “HR Flex- Pay as you Go HR” to complement existing HR support in the SME marketplace.

Developed to meet the complex growing demands of SME’s, clients benefit from a dedicated HR Director with extensive experience in resolving and preventing complicated HR issues that can lead to costly legal bills.

Fraser Silvey of The Connor Consultancy explained, “We have worked hard over the years to build our reputation as a business grounded consultancy with a pragmatic approach. HR Flex is based on our philosophy of developing services to continue to meet ever changing market demand.

Over the last twelve months, we have identified a need for an HR service that is not retainer based, to advise companies through difficult HR issues where an escalation process is required. In many circumstances, this may lead to costly legal fees if not handled by an HR Director level person, with the skills to minimise the risk to the business.”

In the first three weeks since the Beta launch – HR Flex has generated considerable interest from various sectors from voluntary organisations and start up companies through to established organisations.

Fraser explains “If you can offer companies a service which does not add fixed costs to their business, saves them money on legal issues and provides them with access to a senior HR professional at a time when they need them, whether they are looking to get through a tricky situation or to help manage a one off project, then there is really very little reason not to engage. The combined benefits of HR Flex will give business owners more time to focus on the revenue generating activities safe in the knowledge that the HR aspects of their business are in safe hands.”
