PETALING JAYA, Malaysia, March 25, 2019 — A Malaysia-based shipping solution, Delyva, today announced the new breakthrough in shipping software, allowing e-commerce and SMEs to retrench manual work and cost through more efficient shipping processes. Launched in January 2019, the Malaysia’s leading multi-carrier shipping solution is equipped with special features to streamline any order fulfillment and shipping process, resulting in a maximum business profit.

Special features include automation process, enabling the platform to instantly print the shipping label, auto-schedule and pick-up the delivery to ensure end-to-end shipping processes faster and easier. Customers will immediately get instant notification for any progress of the shipment and easily track their delivery with just a few clicks, through email and mobile text.

“Shipping with Delyva, customers will save a lot more time and energy to do more important business activities such as acquiring more customers. Our live connectivity platform also aligns with complementary logistic options according to necessity, from same-day delivery to overseas to over 200 countries, for more efficient and cost-effective logistic operations,” said Amirul Mokhtar, Co-Founder of Delyva.

Small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs) and e-commerce’s rapid growth is boosting major demand for logistics network, which has skyrocketed from about 800,000/day in 2015 to over 3 million in 2018 across Southeast Asia, according to a research by Google and Temasek. Huge demand has increased prices, however with the simplified Delyva’s one-stop delivery processes, merchants can save more than 50% in expenditures, consist of delivery cost, petrol, staff salary and other indirect expenses, compared to posting items over the counter.

“Our logistic innovations are very much the front runners in this sector, which at the same time will overcome any logistical challenges, not only faced by big e-commerce businesses but also SMEs. It is no doubt that SMEs need to hop on an equal footing in e-commerce competition, by adopting digital technologies with limited cost,” added Mokhtar.

Delyva is the first shipping platform in Malaysia’s to provide multiple types of delivery solution, including cash on delivery, runner for hire, lorry, large bulky item delivery and less than container load (LCL) sea freight between Klang Valley and Sabah and Sarawak, that can be opted according to necessity. When shipping large purchases, the platform will enable automatic input for any gathered data, thus customers can import the shipping details from Microsoft Excel, e-commerce, or messaging apps, and instantly get the shipping label sorted afterwards.

“Apart of digital transformation, SMEs often face challenges in satisfying customer needs and desires. Not only we will save time, with such savings, we’re able to experiment in new business innovation, such as packaging,” said Faiz, Co-Founder of Pro DIY Kit, SMEs customers of Delyva. The benefits of Delyva’s cost-efficient shipping processes are proven to be seen in larger e-commerce businesses, integrated with large commerce platform such as Shopify, Woocommerce, and Magento, for accurate tracking and result, which afterwards driving more profitable business in the long run.
