Moneynet’s CEO, Richard Brown, said, ”Moneynet has been providing personal finance information to our customers since 1997. We believe that a regular webchat feature offers the ideal opportunity to involve our customers more and gives them the opportunity to ask the questions that are most relevant to them.”
The new financial webchat facility aims to provide regular high caliber guests such as Ian Naismith, the Head of Pensions Market Development at Scottish Widows, who recently provided illuminating answers to a series of wide ranging live questions, offering some much needed clarity on several complicated issues, as well as giving expert opinions and advice about
pensions.
Users are being offered the opportunity to pose their questions to some of the biggest financial decision makers in the UK and obtain the most up to date information on subjects that really affect them.
Visitors can post their queries and concerns either on the day or in
advance via the financial webchat homepage form. Previous chats can also be accessed through the Moneynet financial webchat archive.
This service is set to complement Moneynet’s existing online guides and finance comparisons facilities, and future chats have been planned to cover credit cards loans, life insurance, mortgages, banking and utility bills.
