WEST PALM BEACH, Florida, March 25, 2019 — Olympusat, one of the largest independent media companies specializing in the ownership, distribution, production and technical services of Spanish and English-language networks, has appointed Aurora Bacquerie as Senior Vice President of content acquisition and channel worldwide, effective immediately. This announcement follows the news that Olympusat’s aggregator Dina Lee of Tristan Leostar in charge of the Asia-Pacificregion is no longer with the company.

In her new role Ms. Bacquerie will oversee the acquisition of series and films from Asia-Pacific region content providers. Since Aurora joined Olympusat, four years ago, has inked Olympusat partnership deals with leading American and European content providers to deliver an optimal programming selection for Olympusat networks and Vemox OTT platform customers.

Olympusat offers English and Spanish-language channels, in a mix of content including news, talk and variety shows from various worldwide territories. Content ranges from Kids programs to movies, series, and sports channels. The content from Europe and Asia is dubbed into Spanish at Olympusat’s offices in Mexico City.”

Aurora brings a wealth of global acumen and skill to our acquisition international team at a time of significant growth for our company and our networks,” said Tom Mohler, CEO of Olympusat. “I look forward to exploring new content opportunities around the world for our platforms with Aurora at the helm,” added Mohler.
