These rare and often unseen negatives form part of the eclectic collection of Mark Hayward who has been collecting offbeat and rare rock music imagery for the past three decades.
There are many images of the Beatles, including some of the last known images of John Lennon before his fateful shooting in 1980, as well as many images of contemporary rock stars such as Bon Jovi, Alice Cooper, ZZ Top and Black Sabbath.
Its very rare that items such as these come up in a public sale, and it is a real opportunity to see these Rock stars in their normal surroundings, away from the stage, and public eye.
