Berlin/Dubai/Beirut, March 4, 2014. TELES and the telecommunications provider
Vanrise Solutions are expanding their successful partnership in Sales, Service and
Support even further. In addition to the existing Gold Partnership for Carrier Solutions,
Vanrise will in future also market TELES products and solutions for large, medium-sized
and distributed enterprises in the Middle East region as Silver Partner. A respective
Partnership Agreement was signed by the two companies at the Carrier Conference
Capacity Middle East in Dubai. Vanrise will now create additional service capacity for
Enterprise clients of TELES products and will continue to provide local First and Second
Level Support for network operators and service providers.

“We are very proud to be able to offer Enterprise products by TELES in our domestic
market and to expand our portfolio,” says Jamal Anouti, Chief Executive Officer of
Vanrise. “On the one hand Vanrises Solutions for billing, routing, revenue assurance,
fraud management and international gateway management have a proven track record
worldwide, and on the other hand TELES solutions for network operators and service
providers already have a very good reputation in the Middle East. We will expand our
footprint in the region even further with Enterprise Solutions by TELES, such as
Hosted PBX and Unified Communications.”

“We are pleased to consolidate our successful partnership with our Preferred Partner
Vanrise,” says Oliver Olbrich, Chief Operating Officer of TELES. “This cooperation is a
unique opportunity for TELES to expand in the Middle East together with the reputable
partner, Vanrise Solutions.”
